The most credible point of this study is the scientists show no association between egg consumption and cardiovascular risk. This is consistent with the last 30 years of comprehensive research that overwhelmingly shows that healthy adults can enjoy eggs without significantly impacting their risk of heart disease. American Heart Association (AHA) agree that the eggs according to heart-healthy guidelines when cholesterol from other sources is limited. Egg consumption was not significantly impact the LDL: HDL ratio, an indicator of the best known and scientifically to the risk of heart disease.
