Tips for keeping food

Fruit and vegetables should be on the list for any individual food for a better healthy life. They save the memory, a good source of fiber and generally make your body in the best condition., But to get the most benefits should be properly saved.

Many believe that keeping all the fruit and vegetables in the refrigerator is the best way to save, but this is not entirely true. They also need to certain packaging ways to save them as long as possible. Some fruit can be stored for longer than the other.

For example, apples can be kept for three weeks in the refrigerator for longer than pineapple, which does not keep more than a week. Proper way to save vary depending on the type of fruit or vegetables.

Most fruits and vegetables can retain good condition when saved in refrigerator. Berry is of the most fragile fruit and exposed to rot easily, so you must not keep for long time or keep them in pots allow ventilation.

Onions, potatoes, garlic is best saved in a cool dark place in the kitchen.

Many of the fruit preferably stored in room temperature until ripe and then can be placed in the refrigerator if you want to save more, among these fruits, avocados, peaches, papaya, mango, melon, pear, kiwi.

Bananas must to mature at room temperature and then eaten, it turns to the black color when left too much, if you want to save more remove crust and place in the freezer until used in making juice. Generally better to eat fresh fruits and vegetables, the longer the duration of conservation, lose its beneficial nutritional elements.


Vegetables and fruit packaging and preservation:

- Place the fruit at room temperature to mature before you put them in the refrigerator.

 - Bring a medium-sized plastic bag.

- Bore around 20 hole in the bag.

- Put each type of fruit or vegetables in a separate bag.

- Place the fruit in a separate drawer from the vegetable drawer.

- Try to use after 5 days at most in general.

But for each fruit period their own preservation.
