Carrot Juice and its Benefits

Health for human | wow, long time no post I am going to post about carrots. Seeing the many visitors who seek information about the properties of carrot then I'll add some more information about this one vegetable.

This carrot is a root vegetable plant species which are usually orange or white with a texture similar to wood. The edible part of carrot is the root or roots.
